For info, the publisher of the book of Oscar Caballero on el Bulli ( http://www.agnesvienoteditions.com/gastronomie/el_bulli.htm ) told me that this book will finaly be available (with a few months of delay) during this summer...at least in french

I suggest Reims... We were last year at l'Assiette Champenoise (hotel + restaurant) for two nights. It was nice and comfortable. The food is really good (16/20 in GaultMillau) with an amazing choice of Champagne. Finaly the hotel is just outside (6 kms) of Reims. You can have a look here http://www.assiettechampenoise.com
