  1. What do you think the salary is for tony as akitchen manager and laurant as the general manager . Anyone know?
  2. I was really hoping this show would be more about the day to day operations of running a restaurant. Like when yiur kitchen crashes for an hour and you as th manager have to talk to all the tables to explain why the food has taken 45 minutes to arrive and when it does it is cold. Or when a server comes to you and says "I forgot to ring this tables food in for at least 20 minutes and its a well done steak. Could you go talk to this table". Now that would make for really good TV.
