  1. Try looking in Lisa Yockelson's "Baking by Flavor" cookbook. It's full of amazing recipes. For toffee, check under the "buttercrunch" chapter, I believe.
  2. I noticed in your original message that you keep loose tea in the freezer. Never, ever keep tea in the freezer! The moisture can potentially ruin it. Always keep your tea in a tightly sealed container, preferably in a dry, dark place. Tea will keep for months if kept in a stable climate.
