Hi all, I'm not sure that this is the appropriate forum, but I figured I'd ask: has anyone had any experience with the Shun line of cutlery? I'm thinking of buying the Shun 6.5" santoku knife as my main kitchen utility knife. I would very much appreciate any opinions on the brand or the knife itself. If this is wildly off topic, my apologies!
