  1. A New England classic for clams, boneless chicken or onion rings: Soak in evaporated milk, dip into corn flour (not corn meal) and fry. Damn good.
  2. I have a special hate for the expression: "hand-crafted"...how else was it friggin' crafted? And "piled high" --great, because I'm such a pig I want my food piled high.
  3. Eggs. I'll eat them mixed up in a batter such as cake, custard, sweet souffle or bread pudding. I'll even eat french toast if the batter isn't too eggy. I've tried caviar and I don't have a problem with that. But eggs alone--scrambled, omelet, poached--no way. Hard boiled or egg salad---SHUDDER....
  4. Back in my college days, I remember one particular food orgy after indulging in a few bong hits involving Cap'n Crunch with Crunchberries, Stove Top Stuffing and Oreos...
