  1. thanks alot Kris-sensei. lastly, can i use reconstituted hoshi shiitake? i don't imagine it would be too good.
  2. i'm looking for a recipe for namul/bibim bab shiitake. a sweeter recipe suits my taste, and the japanese restaurant where i work are keeping it a secret!
  3. i'm impressed. i can make the shuriken, but nothing else yet. i'm going to the supermarket now, to buy a 100 pack.
  4. any tips on how to fold those disposable chopstick wrappers? the coolest thing i have seen is a chopstick rest made from a folded wrapper. i was truly impressed by those folks innovation, and will probably do it at every restaurant i visit from now on!
