It's actually in Ballston. Anyway, that Rocklands is IN a bar (Carpool) so they proof. We were proofed there once, when we tried to sit at a table. I certainly understand your frustration. I will say this for N.VA...the places that proof seem to do it regardless of how old you look. I've seen people in their 50's proofed buying bottles of wine at Giant. *shrug* I'm not within a decade of 21..but still get proofed.
