My restaurant experience. I worked at a bakery in Florida. I have 5 years NYC restaurant experience. Waited tables then managed Jekyll and Hyde on 57th and 6th ave in NYC. Big ass restaurant high volume. I managed Tapas Lounge on 59th and 1st avenue. Ive catered, served, bussed, washed...you name it I have done it. I am an actor first then a waiter. 70% of servers in NYC are in the arts one way or another...it gives you the perfect schedule to work...flexable and the pay is great. NBC didnt hire me as an actor. Rocco hired the staff he wanted then NBC took that staff and cast the people they wanted. We all have ample enough restaurant experience.
