David, Thank you very much for the informative lecture. I have read a couple of interviews in which you mentioned you went from advertising to freelance writing. How did you cope financially? Can you really survive as a freelance food writer? Do you have any tips for those of us who want to ditch well-paid, but dull jobs for food writing? Clueless Diabolo
