I’d like to thank all the eGullet Society members who have followed this feature, especially those who have participated.

Coming back to the subject I proposed to you in my opening thread, my view is that the important thing is respect, understand that it is not your truth, that there are many truths out there. If we understand this, in cooking and life, we can progress. There’s not an only truth, there are many truths.
