Narayani Nayak's book has about 250 pages,mostly vegetarian ,but it has a section on fish.It is very useful because it lists a basic preparation and then lists the variations.

Saraswat Cookery book arrived today
Suman, you're gonna love this book - 93 pages are full of seafood recipes out of the total 212 pages!! The quality of the paper is not so good though :(

Wow, If you are the person I think you are, I have a smaller number of cookbooks (but not by much) and the Indian ones include your 'Modern Spice'. Its actually wonderful to find someone with a familiar name.
