I just signed up and wanted to say hello.  I'll probably lurk a lot for now and may have some questions

Where in Appalachia are you from, Pip? If you don't mind me asking....

I'm a lifelong professional chef. If that doesn't explain some of my mental and emotional quirks, maybe you should see a doctor, and have some of yours examined...
