O’Haire and his downtown doughnut shop, Propaganda Doughnuts, were featured on the reality cooking show, which tests three teams of elite doughnut makers’ creativity.
On the episode that aired Friday, July 25, O’Haire won the Chinatown-themed challenge and the cash prize.
He plans to reinviest the winnings in his newest venture, The Bandit Queen, a late-night ramen and Asian influenced tavern he plans to open next door to Propaganda.
O'Haire also intends to vacation in France, he said.
