Hello, I'm Antonio, I'm from colorado, and am developing an edibles company for the new recreation market. Other than that, I do lots of cooking at home, and find the science of it all very thrilling. I was lead to these forums while trying to find a Modernist Cuisine forum, and it would seem this will be a wonderful place to ask questions and soak up knowledge.

Welcome! You have questions or opinions? You've come to the right place! There are a lot of Modernist cooks here as well as traditionalists, and as of a week or two ago this is the home of the Modernist Cuisine forums associated with the cookbooks.
