Care to share the recipe?

It's a Dorie Greenspan recipe from her iPhone app Baking with Dorie so I can't provide a link. Sorry.

Dorie Greenspan's Caramel Crunch Bars

Mmmm, I've made those before. I'm thinking it might be time to make them again. And I'll have to try those molasses spice cookies from her App too. I love those fall flavours!

I'm gonna go bake something…

wanna come with?

The "meeters" are still raving over those caramel bars.

Browned Butter Toffee Blondies. Inclusions were Skor toffee bits, Butterscotch chips and chopped walnuts. That browned butter taste really comes through and as a bonus my house now smells of browned butter!

Hmm. I may have to give blondies another try. Those look irresistable.

I think they would be outstanding without any inclusions (a la Kerry Beal). That browned butter doesn't need any help flavour-wise.

I want some!

How would they be with chopped crystallised ginger?  I'm a sucker for that ...

Leslie,
Not sure I could ever willingly relinquish crystallized ginger to anything but my mouth!

Caramel Apple bars.
These were very well received according to reports. Sorry that the photos are not a little clearer.

Chocolate chip cookies from Fine Cooking. I read my way all through the eG chocolate chip cookie bake off but in the end returned to this tried and trusted recipe. This is the first batch straight from the oven. Some will go to the meeting people, some will go with my granddaughter for her lunch box and some will go home with my adult son.

Here you go

http://www.finecooki...ip-cookies.aspx

I am not a huge fan of chocolate chip cookies. However, I will confess to eating more than my share of President's Choice Decadent cookies when I worked in a process control company and the cookies came as a bonus with software! As a supervisor I got first dibs and I had no conscience.
