Kibbeh Bel Saniyeh


Levant dish:

Top and bottom layers crushed wheat and lamb mince mix

Middle layer mince lamb meat - spices - Pine Kernels

Oven baked.


Side dish: Yogurt - Cucumber - Dried mint leaves - Salt.

I think Meat Kibbeh of Lebanese cuisine. Have you tried it?
