Moghrabieh is a dish lost in translation.

 

In fact Moghrabieh means from Morocco - Maghreb the land where the sun sets.

 

It is a Lebanese version of a Moroccan dish using the famous Couscous in a fatter format.

 

It is a very hearty and tasty dish with a mix of Chickpeas - Onions - Lamb and Chicken.

 

And that was my lunch couple of days ago.
