1 Cup of granola
1 Cup walnuts
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup raisins
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
In a bowl using a mixer with a paddle attachment, mix the granola, nuts, pecans, raisins and flour.
While stirring, add the egg, honey, oil, sugar and cinnamon.
In a pan covered with baking paper, pour the batter into fixed molds and form 12-15 circles
Bake at 160 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes.
