The Nov. issue of Southern Living has an article about a New Orleans Thanksgivng dinner. Our own Mayhaw Man is at the table. The recipes look great, especially Chef Currence's Creamed Collards and Mayhaw Man's Coconut-Almond Cream Cake. I have collards in the garden now and might just have to serve them up at Thanksgiving.
