To everyone who worked on this Conversation and to everyone who participated in it: THANK YOU.

It was a pleasure for me -- fun, too -- to get to know you all a little better.

I'm sorry that I wasn't able to post as quickly or as much as I would really have liked to -- I was on the road while the Conversation was in full swing -- but I think I've answered all the outstanding questions.
