[eGCI Team]

Welcome to the new term of the eGullet Culinary Insitute (eGCI), our continuing series of unique interactive culinary courses. If you've taken our classes before, we're glad to see you back; if this is your first time, jump right in.

We're trying a few new things this term, including some longer, multi-part courses and more of our new eGCI Demos. We also have a newly organized index, which we hope will make it easier for members to find our older courses.

If there are any topics you'd like to see presented (or anything you're interested in teaching), please let us know. We want to make the eGCI as informative and useful as we can.
