A huge thanks on behalf of the eGullet team to Shaun Hill for taking part in this web event, to everyone that asked a question and to all those who have read the results. I'm sure you will all agree it was an excellent session: interesting, illuminating and entertaining. The thread will now be locked, but will remain here for a while to allow as many people as possible the chance to read it through, and copy Shaun's Butterscotch Tart recipe of course!
