Shaun, do you know (did you train, perhaps?) a chef called Philip Baker who used to have a restaurant just outside Oxford? I ask because Philip often had a number of dishes on his menu that look similar to some of yours - the panettone bread and butter pudding, for example.

We were probably both pinching from the same sources. The Panettone Bread and Butter pudding idea was Alastair Little's for instance
