I’ve heard a few people talking about a specific meal which, in their eyes, reached the dizzying heights of perfection and from that point onwards all meals are judged. For me (so far & and obviously because I’ve never been to Ludlow ) it was at Gordon Ramsay’s on February of last year. What’s yours, if any?

I've enjoyed quite a few. My all time favourite was a fish buffet at a restaurant in Schaffhausen, Switzerland a couple of years ago.
