The rigid "rules" of the DOCG dictate a lot of what you can and cannot do and keep the DOCG stamp of approval. Are there any "blending experiments" or new winemaking techiques you're working on that might lead to a "declassification" of those wines to IGT status? If this is the case, does it bother you? How flexible to evolving to new winemaking techniques do you think the Powers That Be in the Italian government are, and have you seen any indications that some relaxation of the rules will take place in the future?
