I am wondering your opinion on this cheese. Also, when is it generally available in the USA? Thanks.
Many speak of my drinking but few think of my thirst.

Campania's burrata is among the most wonderful things I have ever put in my mouth.
We (Fairway Markets) have it flown in for us every Thursday all year.
