On the front page of today's Wall Street Journal there is an article titled "New Water Pressure: Waiters Reveal Tricks of the Bottle Trade".
This should be of interest to a whole group of you who were involved in a thread earlier this year regarding unfair bottled water practices.

Too bad Smithi--thanks Yvonne, it appears not to be made available online even for a short time, unlike just about every other significant newspaper--the Times, the Post, the LA Times.
Let's give WSJ a big eGullet boo. Just our luck--if WSJ did put some culinary content online, it would probably be those two "wine" writers.
