"Well-Being Burger" - this is a new supposedly "healthy" burger that catches on to the local craze on "well-being" (pronounced as "wellbing" in Korean
Various permutations of the "Rice Burger" - We now have "Kimchi Rice Burger" which is kimchi fried rice shaped into a bun and used in place of the traditional bread bun. We also have "Curry Rice Burger" which is curry flavored rice shaped into you know what. There is also a "Chajang Rice Burger" which is Chinese style chajang sauce flavored rice shaped into, yes, a bun. All these burgers are topped with meat patty, mayo, and lettuce.
Lotterias here in Korea have a bad rep because of their poor service, small portion size, and bad taste. However, the Lotteria "Shrimp Burger" is the standard by which all shrimp burgers are measured -- even MacDonalds in Korea has not been able to come up with a shrimp burger that tops Lotteria's version...

BTW, here's the link for Korea Lotteria's "regular" burger menu, with the items that you mentioned.

For a while I really liked this place, but they have introduced any new burgers in a while and it has gotten boring. They do have some really nice drinks now, actually their drink menu is much bigger than their burger menu.

They are getting back to the basics with their new "Straight burger" campaign. Announcing that it is time to bring back the "good ol' burger".
They are also jumping on the current health foods trend by offering 2 new sets that come in at under 400 calories each.
Tofu and hijiki burger with a 3 bean salad
Grilled chicken and ratatouille
These last two look quite good, I am almost wishing I had a Lotteria close by....

I just heard about this new burger shop that has just opened:
R Burger
Their burgers are a Chinese/Japanese style with steamed white buns. No beef but you will see the patties made with pork, chicken and tuna.
The burgers don't appeal to me, but the Vietnamese salad roll variations are kind of cute.

It says it is enough for 3 people but at only 17cm (7 inches) in height I am pretty sure I could finish it off myself.

Lotteria was one of my favorite burger chains when I lived in Tokyo. I think their burgers are better than others. I wish I could taste the Zeppin Burger!

Lotteria started selling "Zeppin Cheese Burger" 絶品チーズバーガー (where zeppin means exquisite) on Nov. 30 at 48 of its stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area, but they suddenly selling them yesterday due to high demand. They say they will start selling them again on Dec. 7, an average of 200 per day (at each shop?).
The burger is 360 yen, and a set menu including french fries (M) and drink (M) is 650 yen.
Why doesn't Kansai get the Zeppin Cheese Burger?
Poor Kansai...we never get any respect!

I hope that they will start selling it in all of its stores in April 2008, as they initially planned.Lotteria started selling "Zeppin Cheese Burger" 絶品チーズバーガー (where zeppin means exquisite) on Nov. 30 at 48 of its stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area, but they suddenly selling them yesterday due to high demand. A cheeseburger that consists of 10 patties (each with cheese), if 10 patties are too much for you you can customize your burger. The base price for one patty is 160 yen ($1.75) and you can add as many extra patties you want for an extra 100 yen ($1.09) each.
I was trying to figure out what the calorie count would be on something like that but they don't list it anywhere. Their regular cheeseburger is 314 calories.
