What food/cooking mags are available in e-format? I've looked at the obvious suspects available through Amazon, iTunes, and Zinio....do you have any particular favorites in e-format or any obscurities available through other channels? TIA.

I love following what's going on with food in Asia and found these two from Singapore to be top quality:
Cuisine & Wine Asia: http://itunes.apple....d533464792?mt=8
Epicure: http://itunes.apple....d496228116?mt=8
The free "Open House Foodservice" (Australia) is also interesting: http://itunes.apple....d424156274?mt=8
