I joined eGullet cause I was looking for an English translation of a Japanese seaweed salad kit I had bought.
I read Torakris' posts in total awe, wishing I could live her life.

I remember her posts showing ready made Bento ingredients that were frozen and all that needed to be done was pop in
the Bento box and it thaws on the way to school and is ready to eat by lunchtime.

I really think there is a huge untapped market in the USA to develop a Bento Lunch "system" so kids (and adults) can eat
more healthy, especially for parents who arent great cooks or are very busy
