Swapping a Chef's Table/Bklyn Fare res?

So I snagged a reservation at Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare reservation in early March -- and promptly found out that it's on a night my wife can't make it.

anyone out there have one upcoming that they'd care to swap?

or anyone aware of other means by which to do so?
