Hello, I have tried the beluga lentils from merchant gourmet, and I really really like them. Where can I get them raw?
There seems to be a conflict of what they are, wikipedia says they are this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urad_bean but it says "not to be confused with the much smaller true black lentil (Lens culinaris)" which actually links back to the lentils.
http://www.foodsubs.com/Lentils.html mentions they are just beluga lentils
So what are they and where I could find them online?
