hi, i am very happy to be here today.
i see a very popular forum for our common like here at eG.
i am from Vietnam and there are many differences between Vietnam cooking method and other worldwide but they are said to be amazing and yummy by many foreigners.
i want to share something about my local specialty in Central of Vietnam, it is stir-fried baby jack fruit. It is the most popular from June to December as the season of jack fruit.
