I am a young American chef here in Florida, I have been out of culinary school for some years now, and have worked the ladder in the kitchen to an Ex. Chef. Does anyone know any websites, or where i can go to find info about 'staging" for a short while overeas? I have been looking online but haven found anything thas very helpful?

I would check out the restaurants you would be interested in doing a stage in and try contacting them directly..
