In Off-Topic Chat, there was mention of a restaurant owned by Pete Rose in Florida.

Anybody have details or info on whether it's worth a trip?
Apparently it's easier still to dictate the conversation and in effect, kill the conversation.

Thanks, I must have mised it first time thru.

Looks like Gallo wrote his wine list. Saves the trouble of having to pick and choose among many suppliers, I guess.

It's on Glades Road in Boca Raton. I never ate there myself. Never heard anything worth making a trip for.

Most restaurants that celebrities (not celebrity chefs, but celebrities in other fields) are affiliated with are uniformly abysmal. (Pepto Abysmal, probably.) Robert DeNiro's restaurants in NYC (Nobu, Tribeca Grill) and SF (Rubicon) are notable exceptions.
