A friend of mine sent me this video... apparently a bunch of Peruvian yuppies went to Peru, Nebraska to teach the locals how to be proper Perurivans. Food & Cooking is a central theme in the video.. and some scenes intimate locals adopting Peruvian influences etc.,

First, I thought some of you might flat out enjoy it... it is pretty funny.

Second, any of you familiar with the town of Peru.. did you hear about this, how did it really go down, and are there any lasting culinary influences etc.,?
