The Gamekeeper is good and serves some interesting game meats. Good wine list too.
Louisiana Purchase is good for cajun/creole.
Not a restaurant but if it's warm enough, you should take a picnic out to the pasture area of Moses Cone park. It is a truly stunning vista.
