Recently took a bread making course,

Instructor really favored perforated baking trays. ( with holes in it)
Does anybody know where to find these in Vancouver?

Ming Wo and Gormet Wh Hs, do not stock them. - I was thinking of trying Russel Foods.

According to our instructor it produces much better bread at home because of more even heat distribution.

any of the food service suppliers should have the trays. I've also seen at Cookshop at City Square, although, probably they were pizza shaped. Would still work :)
