I'd love to find out if there are any amazing brand new (2010) restaurants in Tel Aviv? I visited last year and would love to know if anything new is going on in the culinary scene this year?

My friend Daniel opened up a place called Asia Monica in Hod ha Sharon - I haven't seen any reviews.
