I am intersted in the basic art of cheese making. I am curious if there are ever any local courses or workshops. I have seen some on the web, offered in the past at UBC Farm. But nothing comes up. I know that several books do exhist. there must be somebody who offers it. some artisanal farm or producer.

any help would be greatly apprciated.

tks

The UBC farm still hosts cheesemaking workshops from time to time. Notices of upcoming workshops are via their email list. You can subscribe here:

(click the 'sign me up' button)

They book up very quickly.
