My partner and I are going to Nicaragua for two weeks in May. We're meeting friends in San Juan del Sur for a week. We are thinking of spending a few days in Managua, then a few days on the Corn Islands as we'd like to spend some time on the Caribbean side.

Any rec's for what/where to eat? Also open to suggestions for places to visit (so far all we know is that we'll be in San Juan del Sur for a week).
