A Chef friend is visiting Paris this weekend for a Sustainable Seafood conference. He doesn't have much time to get out on his own, but has one night. What he really craves is Chicken with truffles. I, of course, suggested Bresse, but couldn't tell him where to go. Any suggestions? Merci!
