Hi,
Does anyone know if there are good cookbooks that deal with either Quebec's native cuisine (poutine [sp?]), Quebec-style French cuisine, or simply terrific cookbooks by chefs/cooks from Quebec?
I have put Au Pied de Cochon on the list, and I have the book from Jean Soulard (executive chef at Quebec City's Hotel Chateau Frontenac) and Anne Desjardins, and I have heard about Julian Armstrong's The Cuisine of Quebec. Are there any other seriously good cookbooks around? Thanks.
