ive been asked to look for agencies in Canada that specialise in or dabble in chefs. Ive found bugger all in my failed attempt at looking for one so i thought id try here to see if anyone knows any. i know its a long shot but maybe some of you know of someone who is a chef who can point me in the right direction.
