I represent a group that wants to change Maryland law to allow consumers to have wine shipped directly to them and need help in figuring out how to reach more Marylanders about this issue. Our opponents, the wholesalers and select retailers, are much better organized and financed than our grassroots effort. Please advise if you have any suggestions.
