Hi all, My boss just returned from Iran, and brought some coconut macaroons, and i cannot seem to find a good recipe to make them.

They look kind of like a amaretti type macaroon, but have coconut and a slight lemon flavor. Fluffy,soft and chewy interior but crisp brown exterior and not a lot of coconut.

was hopeful someone could help
