recently I was given a kilo of yellow plain roasted chickpeas.
I eat them as a snack but what other uses they may have in recipes?

The only thing I can think of is making gondi, sort of an iranian matza ball made with roasted chickpea flour, chicken meat, onions and flavored with cardamon andrecently I was given a kilo of yellow plain roasted chickpeas.
I eat them as a snack but what other uses they may have in recipes?

turmeric and cooked in chicken soup. My spiceman grinds the roasted chickpeas for me. Its a great gluten-free recipe as well.

Isn't roasted chickpea flour used in Ethiopian sauces as well?
