recently I was given a kilo of yellow plain roasted chickpeas.
I eat them as a snack but what other uses they may have in recipes?
Thanks

The only thing I can think of is making gondi, sort of an iranian matza ball made with roasted chickpea flour, chicken meat, onions and flavored with cardamon and
turmeric and cooked in chicken soup. My spiceman grinds the roasted chickpeas for me. Its a great gluten-free recipe as well.

Isn't roasted chickpea flour used in Ethiopian sauces as well?
