Just got back from the Eastern Shore in Maryland and had two fantastic meals while there in Cambridge. We went to a new restaurant called Bistro Poplar on Sunday night and liked it so much we went back on Monday. Very, Very good Bistro food. The Duck confit was tremendous, and the frisee and asparagus salads were delicious. I also had the sweetbreads as a starter and was very impressed. For entrees we had the steak frites, trout, leg of lamb and the gnocchi and were all top notch. I highly recommend this to anyone who is from or is travelling to the Eastern Shore and in search of a great meal.
