I'm wondering if anyone knows how can I find quinoa in bulk 4-10kg here in Montreal, for a reasonable price? Any store, or may be online?
Best way to get quinoa in Montreal?

I'd say your best bet is either frenco vrac or Segal's on St. Laurent. Quinoa isn't super cheap, but frenco vrac has a reasonable per/lb/kg price and you might be able to get them to give you a cheaper one if you say you are buying so much. As for segal's, well they're the cheapest grocery store in town, and you can probably buy a lot of packages for cheapish.

I don't know if Aubut has quinoa, but it might be worth investigating.

The local healthfood store has bulk for $3.36 a pound. Better than the brand named stuff in 1lb bags on the shelves, but ... I'd like to know if i could get it cheaper.

Aliments Mérci. They are a pre-packaged, bulk store with a very large selection. Three locations: Ontario St E., Ontario St. (Marché Maisonneuve), or Marché Jean-Talon. I bought a large quantity organic quinoa there for a very reasonable price.
