Tarantino, you did it again! It was a fabulous Chinese new year Banquet at Joe Poon's studio. Pics to follow. Anyone else take pics beside me? I think I missed some of the courses! I am a poor food pornographer.

Damn near 70 of us (and about 20 newbies) partied, laughed and ate and just devoured the heck out of Joe Poon's hospitality. What a great DDC night.

Kudos, Jim!

I'll put in my two cents for a very festive and tasty banquet at Joe Poons. I enjoyed most of the dishes with the one exception being the deep fried salmon. It was way too fishy for those at my end of the table. Everything else was well executed and professionally served. Great job Jim!

Jim deserves great praise. One of the best dinners, and I have been to many.
This should be an annual event.

It was a fabulous dinner. Thank you so much, Jim, for putting it together, and big thanks also to Joe Poon for making it!

I must keep better track of my calendar and my finances.

I had planned on participating, and this fell right off my radar screen.

Phillyblog Happy Hours I make almost religiously. DDC dinners I have yet to enjoy.

Should have made this one of my culinary New Year's resolutions for 2008.
